Jan & Duncan offer you a warm welcome to Rawcliffe House Farm Holiday Cottages near Pickering in the North York Moors National Park. Our adjacent self-catering cottages and studio rooms are surrounded by 42 acres of meadows, woodland and pastures. Although the farm is no longer worked, the fields are grazed by cattle belonging to a local farmer.

There is a local pub, The White Swan, serving food and a café in the nearby village of Newton-upon-Rawcliffe (1 mile away). We are 6 miles from the bustling market town of Pickering. This lovely Yorkshire town has a wide variety of family owned shops, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, pubs, take-aways, the steam railway and its very own castle and museum. There is also a swimming pool and sports centre.

A peaceful and relaxing place that caters for disabled people. I had stayed in Cloth Fair Cottage the disabled one and it was really very comfortable. The room is well equipped. It was easily wheelchair accessible and move around easily without any help. The outlook over the fields was a joy. Amenities in nearby Pickering meet all your food requirements. We hope to return again in the future.
